Planning and Zoning Department
The Planning and Zoning Department works
to enhance the quality of life in the community by guiding its orderly
growth and development while preserving its cultural heritage and
natural resources. If you are a company planning an investment of
$3 million or more ask our Planning Staff about our industrial incentive
grant.
Unified Development Ordinance (UDO)
The Sidewalk Exemption Policy, a recent amendment to the UDO, can
lower the cost of construction for those that meet the criteria.
